MAYBELLINE COLORSHOW LIPSTICKS - REVIEW & SWATCHES

Hey Beauties,

For a long time since  launch of this New range of colorshow lipsticks from Maybelline  during Aug 2014, have been thinking to review this range of products . Initially purchased only one shade from this range but within two days, you will not believe, grabbed 3 more shades...it was Good deal to grab ...Here is my review

Shades:

• Shade 110 "Fuchsia Flare " - Bright Pink shade
• Shade 207 "Cherry Crush"  - Coral red with pink undertones
• Shade 308 "Orange Icon"    - Orange with peach shades
• Shade 408 " Violet Vibe"    -Dark Plum shade 

What I Like ::

• Diverse shades ranging from brown, pink, orange, red and plum
• Creamy texture and moisturizing on lips
• Good pigmentation
• Value for money ( Just INR 299/-)
• Easy availability
• Lasts for around 6 hours

What can be Improved ::

• High chances of dis-lodgement of product from tube (faced this issue with 2 out of 4 lipsticks)
• Mild feathering and transfers easily

Hello pretty gals, really excited today to share the review of my current favorite BB cream from THE BODY SHOP.

Product details::

"THE BODY SHOP - TEA TREE FLAWLESS BB CREAM"
> Available in 3-4 shades, choose based on skin type
> Price : INR 1095/40 ml


What I Like :::

• Best BB cream for combination to oily skin
• Cute Packaging
• Covers Blemishes well
• Non-Sticky formula
• Pleasant odour (Tea Tree Oil)
• Lasts for 4-5 hours, without budging

What Can be better::

• Slightly pricey
• No SPF

My Recommendation:: Recommend this BB cream for blemished skin.

DIY - HOMEMADE PACK FOR GLOWING SKIN

Hello beauties :) Thanks for encouraging this blog. Many of my FB friends, had requested for a home made remedy to reduce skin pigmentation and dullness.

So, this weekend pamper yourself by spending just 10 minutes of your “Me-time” and make your skin glow.

What you need :: 

• 2 TSP Chick-pea flour (Besan)
• 1 TSP Rice flour
• 1 TSP turmeric powder (if you are very fair, use only 1/2 TSP )
• 2 TSP honey
• Few drops of Rose water, for mixing

Application::

• Mix all the above ingredeints in a clean bowl, to make a thick paste
• Cleanse your face and neck 
• Apply a thick layer of the above paste on your face and neck
• Wash after 10 minutes
• Also, place sliced cucumber pieces on your closed eyes to relieve eye-fatigue

Kindly note: 

• People with dry skin can replace Rose water with milk, to  improve your skin moisture.
• People with oily skin can replace Rose water with Citrus juice to  remove excess oil.

Recommendation :: I recommend this DIY once a week for a glowing skin. Happy weekend.

REVLON SUPER LUSTROUS LIPSTICK -REVIEW WITH SWATCH

Hello pretty gals ! Hope your day was super cool :)

During my last visit to Health & Glow, I picked up REVLON SUPER LUSTROUS LIPSTICK in the shade 016 PARADISE PINK (Matte finish).










I am giving a quick review of this today along with the swatch. Hope you find it delightful.


Price :: INR 550/4.2 gms


What I like ::

• Beautiful coral pink shade
• Flattering on all skin tones
• Extremely pigmented
• Glides smoothly on application and settles to a matte finish
• No odour
• Non drying formula
• Stays for about 4-5 hours
• Fades evenly and leaves pink stain on  lips (which I like :) )

What can be better ::

•  Feathers a little on your lips
•  A little Pricey

Hello beauties, a quick fix to get your nails "Party-Ready".

Most of us do not find enough time to groom the nails for the party.  I got a solution for this through -MAYBELLINE COLORSHOW GLITTER MANIA NAIL POLISH.

BIOLIP SUNFLOWER LIP BALM REVIEW - BIOTIQUE BOTANICALS

Hello beauties...the winter chill has set in. The common concern raised to me by many is how to fight dry skin, chappy lips and frizzy hair ?. Today let me give you a quick solution for chappy lips.

I found solace for this chappy lips by using "BioLip Sunflower Lip Balm" from the stable of Biotique Botanicals, a "Made in India" product :)
